About Management
The Solicitors Property Centre is an incorporated Legal Practice under the provisions of the Legal Profession Act and regulated by the Law Society of NSW. We also hold a Real Estate Corporation Licence. As a leading legal firm we are driven to protect your legal interests in all areas of the real estate transaction.
The Company is owned and operated by Solicitors. The Director of the business is Dean Carver who holds an unrestricted practising certificate issued by the NSW Law Society. Dean is also the holder of a Real Estate and Business Agents Licence. Dean is a member of the Law Society of NSW and also a member of the Estate Agents Co-Operative.

For Homesellers
As a multi disciplinary firm we can assist and guide sellers through the sale process from initial listing of the property and valuation, all the way through to settlement.
For Homebuyers
We can advise and guide you through the purchase transaction from initial location, acquisition and negotiations all the way through to settlement. We can attend at auctions and bid on your behalf or just provide negotiation assistance. We are known for our ability to help buyers negotiate with Agents at a level that ensures that our buyers interests are protected.
Why we set up this business?
The business owners of Solicitors Property Centre have been Property Lawyers for many years and we found that real estate consurmers have rarely been protected during the entire real estate transaction, and in particular Real Estate Agents have dominated the transaction and essential negotiations. We set out to develop a business whereby the Solicitor is in control of the entire process and clients interests are protected at all levels. Solicitors are highly qualified and in the best position to negotiate essential terms of the contract.
